A. Hardware Installation Guide

1. Items to be installed :

A. case body
B. top cap
C. bottom cap
D. screws for fixing HD x 4
E. screws for fixing case x 4
F. stand

2. Connect the IDE and power cable to the Hard Drive

3. Screw the Hard Drive firmly to the case ( screws D)

4. Cover with the bottom cap

5. Screw the caps firmly to the case (use screws D)

6. Connect the IEEE1394 and power cables to the case

7. Complete

B. Driver Installation Guide

for PC : Auto detection, no driver installation is needed.

for MAC :

OS 8.6 : Please insert the driver CD and follow the directory : CD ROM \ HD-DX-FW \ ;
double click the driver according to the device you have (for HD, CDROM,MO).
(please see the readme.htm for reference)

OS 9.X and above: No driver installation is needed.
