關於使用windows98作業系統時, 灌驅動程式後仍無法抓到外接盒的問題,
我們有以下建議:
本公司產品若有註明支援WIN98作業系統, 則驅動程式均經過測試沒問題才會於產品規格中註明支援此作業系統。作業系統本身硬體間相容以及穩定度問題, 請自行尋求相關

由於98屬於較舊之作業系統, 若同時安裝其他外接周邊裝置可能會相衝,請移除其他裝置再重新灌驅動程式。
若于裝置管理員之”通用序列匯流排控制器”項下有裝置出現驚歎號, 請將其移除後,再按”重新整理” 。若無效請將裝置拔除重新開機並重復上步驟。 |

請將讀卡機移至其他作業系統之電腦作測試(win98/2000/XP等), 確定是不是外接盒本身的問題 |
Ans.：
If you use USB cable as the power source, you'll have to plug both the USB plugs (the attached Y type USB cable) to avoid the insufficient power supply.
Only one connector plugged will cause insufficient power and unstable working condition.
If it still doesn't work, and if you are applying the USB cable to the ports on the front side of your computer case, please try the USB ports on the back of your case.
